Hayden Panettiere hikes up her skirt

Can't a girl just go out, grab a snack, and do some good, old fashioned homework without someone harassing her? Apparently not. More importantly however, what is it with these younger starlets? Do they live on their own? I never see them with their parents...ever. Do they even have parents?
